Sweet Big Brother

Everyone has been asking how Ben has been doing adjusting to life with Kate. Overall he is doing pretty well. Really he has shown very little interest in her. He has only held her a couple of times and very rarely does he even go up to her and touch her. We have had some issues with behavior that we don't know if they are related to Kate or just being 2. Probably just poor parenting on the part of a couple tired parents!

He has been a big help to me. He will get things for me if I need something while I am feeding her. He will also put her paci in her mouth if it falls out. He lets me know if she is crying and will watch her while I take a shower.

There have been a couple of sweet moments. A couple of days ago he was taking a bath and he asked if Kate could take a bath with him. Today I walked into the living room and saw Kate in her seat with Ben's brown puppy. That was HUGE!!! He doesn't let anyone touch his BP and he gave it to her. He is so sweet!! I am very proud of how well he is doing adjusting. I can't wait to see how they interact as she grows.
