We have had a sick little boy around our house the last few days. Poor Ben has horrible seasonal allergies. Every time the weather changes he starts getting stuffy. For the last couple of years about 14 days after starting to deal with the allergies he starts running a fever. It is always a sinus infection. So a couple of weeks ago he started getting stuffy and yesterday he started running a high fever! Ugh!!! Poor guy! It was up to 104 this morning so I took him to the doctor to rule out flu and anything else. Doc said it was allergies for sure and he has a nasty sinus infection. He really doesn't feel that bad which is good. He is going to start on a new daily allergy medicine to see if we can keep this from happening all the time. We sure hope it works!! We ran by the grocery store to get his medicines. I let him pick out some treats and he gets all sorts of sugary stuff I never let him have. We have had fun playing at home. Hopefully he will be better in the next day or two and can get back to school.
