Saturday afternoon we went up on Green Mountain and enjoyed a gorgeous afternoon on the nature trail. It is one of our favorite places to go to just enjoy being outside. There is a 2.25 mile trail around a lake that is so much fun. The kids had a blast! I got some fun pictures of our time outside.

I was trying to get some cute pictures of the kiddos but the sun was really bright and they were not cooperating really well.
Ben had a blast running the entire trail. Everything is a race to him these days so of course he made it into a competition to see who could win. 
The covered bridge was one of my favorite places to go as a kid! I don't know but something about it is just so cool.
There is the cool little log cabin along the trail that you can go inside and check out. The kids ventured upstairs and there was a hole in the floor so I caught them looking down.

Ben had to stop at every bench and check it out.
It was just beautiful. The leaves were really starting to change colors. I love fall!
We made it all the way around the trail then enjoyed some cool drinks back at the truck.
