Another Photo With Santa

The kids got another chance to see Santa today.  I was more prepared with my good camera and cute clothes.  Ben's school was having a book fair at Barnes & Noble today and had a Santa there for pictures.  Ben told Santa he wanted Legos and Kate wants a Rapunzel dress (at least she didn't say a real rabbit!). 

And for today's advent verse.  Again it comes from Genesis (I am loving Genesis if you couldn't tell).  I love the promise that God made with Abram and the fact that He promised to bless the whole world through Abram.  That promise came to fruition with the coming of Jesus Christ! 

The Lord had said to Abram, “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you. “I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing.  I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you." Genesis 12:1-3
