Today was full of lots of fun times with some old friends. This morning we went over to the Cabras house for a fun playdate. Jon and Matt have been friends since middle school. We all became friends in high school. So we go way back!! We don't get the chance to hang out as much these days so we decided we it was time to change that. It was great to get the kids together to play. Ben and Hunter had a blast. Really I think all little boys can be friends in about 10 seconds when Batman toys and airplanes are involved. (sorry all iphone pictures today)
Kaylie and Kate are just a month apart in age. They actually did well playing together. They are going to be in class together at school this fall so they will have lots of fun times coming up. 
It was a fun time! Glad we got together. Can't wait to do it again. I had to work this afternoon and we FINALLY got the air fixed!!!!! It's nice a cool here now!!!!!
Tonight we met the awesome Phillips family at the pool for dinner and swimming. I don't even know how long we have been friends with the Phillips. Forever. We were around when both of their kids were born and since they are 11 and almost 14 that makes it a long time!! Little Andrew (who is now big) was the ring bearer in our wedding. We had a great time at the pool. Ben loves playing with Keri and Andrew and they are so sweet to him. Kate just had fun hanging with the big kids. It was so good to get caught up on the Phillips life. Love them!
It was a great day getting caught up with old friends. We feel so blessed to have such great friends that go way back as well as lots of friends that God has blessed us with recently.
