Today was one of those really rare days. A day when me and the kids didn't have anything going on - no work, no appointments, no playdates. That does not happen very often. It was a great day for the 3 of us. I got to enjoy just hanging out with my sweet kiddos. I love to hear Ben tell some great and imaginative tales. I love hearing Kate's little laugh. It is always such a reminder that I need to slow down and just enjoy being with them. Time goes by so quickly and days like this will get fewer and fewer.
Ben had been asking for a couple of months to go to Chick-fil-a so we went today. We had a great time eating every one's favorite chicken and fries!
