Today was Grandparent's day at Ben and Kate's school. They were super luck to have all 4 of their grandparents attend!!
Kate has been having some major separation issues the last few weeks so it has been a struggle. She was not a happy camper this morning until Granna and Mema showed up!! She was so excited to see them. She didn't do a very good of showing off for them because she was so worried they were going to leave. But they enjoyed meeting her teacher and seeing her friends. 
Ben was so excited for Grandparent's Day!!! He has been practicing for weeks. The class recited the pledge, sang God Bless America, recited verses and the Lord's prayer. They even sang a little song about Grandparent's Day. It was so cute!! 
Ben loved having his Opa and Grandaddy!
They worked together on a special book about grandparents. 
Then the grandparents switched out classes and Granna and Mema got to see what Ben was up to at school. 
Granna brought a special book for Ben's class about Grandparent's Day and read it to them (she is always the librarian)! 
It was such a special day!
